Asia Hands Society is pleased to announce the speaker for our annual fall luncheon. Peter Wodtke started his banking career with Citibank in Hong Kong, moved on to head Citibank in the Middle East and Iran, and completed his banking career as the senior officer for USA and Canada for Swiss Bank Corporation, now part of UBS AG.

Peter has been an Old Asia Hand since his move to New York in 2000. After his banking career Peter has been a member of 45 corporate boards in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America, serving multiple times as Chairman, CEO and Chairman of the Audit Committee. A company Asia Hands may remember is Private Investment Company for Asia (PICA), based in Tokyo and Singapore, where Peter was CEO from 1972 to 1976.

Peter will address a range of issues that we face around the world, and what we can do about them. Following Peter’s talk, there will be time for a lively question and answer session.
