Stephen Costello who is a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Korean Studies/George Washington University will be joining us.  He will draw from his 29 year history of working on Korean policy and political issues to speak to us on emerging trends in diplomacy and economics in North Asia from the South Korea perspective.
